XBox Live, Time Capsule & Airport Extreme

Ever since getting a Time Capsule, I've been unable to connect to Xbox Live. Hours of pulling my hair out, to no avail. It appears that TC ignores data sent to it from the 360 & won't properly connect (I could never get a DNS connection).
Update: I should have stated that the wireless adapter from Microsoft doesn't work with Time Capsule. I have heard about a firmware update to TC that supposedly allows for connection. HOWEVER, since the 360 still can't do 802.11n, why bother connecting to the TC which is delivering 802.11n to many devices around the house?
What did I have to do? Hook up my Airport Extreme to the FIOS router. Which means I now have 3 wireless routers running in the house, which is a bit crazy. I mean, the wireless connection kit for the 360 doesn't support 802.11n, brining it all down to g. That sucks. So I can have my laptop connected to n now and the AE ONLY provides wireless to the 360.
