Credits go to Teknision and Adobe, so there are some heavy horses behind this one, but its just so well done. You have options in browsing (including a tagcloud), can leave comments and vote on applications. What a great way to introduce some sticky community in there. There is a lot of attention to small details in this application, and it makes for a great experience.
I'll be subscribing to their RSS feed for sure. Well done!

“Thanks for the great word Eric! Greatly appreciated! When developing this app for Adobe, we started with the creed that we were going to develop a Flex app that didn't look like a "Flex App". We in a way wanted to prove to(ourselves) everyone that if you wanted to do something really custom with Flex, that is possible.
To be honest, we have all realized clearly that you can do anything in Flex that you can do in Flash, you just have to get used to a different development model.” -

You guys did a truly great job. It would be nice to write up some turorials or even a white paper about how you went about skinning everything an building your custom components, if it isn't sensitive information. The whole industry could benefit from your great work.
The new approach would be great insight into the process you guys have clearly figured out. Where there any hurdles that were particularly difficult to overcome?”
