Google itself can serve as a somewhat decent conversion tool, and you probably have a bunch of books scattered across your shelves containing smatterings of useful formulas in your day to day Flash use.

I have a small book called "Useful Mathematical and Physical Formulae" (hardcover) and its *wonderful*. Great equations, very approachable, pretty small form factor (portable), and contains a ton of information.

Its out of stock at Amazon right now, but you can probably find it at your local brick and mortar. It's $8 brand new and you can get it for around $5 used.

Check it out and see what you think. I think its great reference for any developer, especially if you are doing any kind of scripted motion or any sort of display engine.
