“Just because there isn't a graphical design tool to create the UI doesn't mean it's that hard.

Since the UI is small screen and linear most controls are docked toolbars, lists or buttons.

It's like coding your HTML in notepad. Sure a pretty editor is nice but for a small screen it's not a huge deal.”
