Issue #329. Ability to use API within Adobe Flash CS3 Environment.

We need APIs as a series of classes outside of a Flex SWC, please. This makes AS3 development outside of Flex far easier.

How about leaving a comment for this in the hopes that we get a class package with all the stuff we need outside requiring a SWC or work-arounds to get it going.
