I ran into Sumo Paint today and I am really blown away with how tight it is. While perhaps not completely technically impossible to pull off, they took a lot of features and made them all work together really well. The way the layers panel works, a lot of the bitmap work in place, etc. Kudos - a job very well done. I am impressed with how well this application works. The community aspects are stellar too.
