Flex progress cursor centering

A minor nit. The progress cursor in Flex that you can use for an indeterminate waiting period is pretty cool, it has hands that cycle around it's surface showing the passage of time during your wait. However, the hands on the thing aren't centered.

It's a pretty minor nit, but it seems off by about a pixel. 

When you talk twips, perhaps they could have moved it over one so it rendered like it was actually centered. You never see these things for very long, but when one is up for any length of time, I noticed it.
